Use of Science Tokyo name
Use of the Science Tokyo name (as an organizer, joint organizer, supporter, sponsor, or in other such capacity) or the Science Tokyo logo requires the permission of the Institute's president.
Name of the Institute
Name includes:
National University Corporation Institute of Science Tokyo, Institute of Science Tokyo, Science Tokyo, and so on (including the Japanese names 国立大学法人東京科学大学 (kokuritsu daigakuhoujin toukyo kagaku daigaku) and 東京科学大学 (toukyo kagaku daigaku)) with the designation as organizer, joint organizer, supporter, sponsor, etc., affixed.
Category of use of the name
- Organizer: When the Institute is holding an event or program
- Joint organizer: When the Institute jointly holds an event or program with another organization
- Supporter: When the Institute provides support for an external event or program
- Sponsor or other such capacity: When there is a particular request from the organizer

- Local governments and their agencies
- Educational and research institutions and their alliances
- Academic societies
- Public interest corporations and equivalent organizations (excluding religious corporations and their equivalents)
- Others as deemed appropriate by the president
